We are welcoming a Marketing Manager to our team, who would consolidate marketing activities for various products within High Voltage Products. You will be waiting for a diverse European culture, where you can communicate with customers from north to south in order to understand the different market needs.
The role as Marketing Manager will be located in Europe, as for three possible places to work: Ludvika, Lodi or Zürich. In this international role you will be waiting for a great team with different backgrounds, outstanding job tasks and possibility to create innovative steps with customers towards a better future.
Your responsibilities
Together with customers you map and understand their decisions journey in order to develop plans and improve client’s engagement programs by bringing new ideas on marketing.
Coordination regional BU and HUB events, including internal meetings for Marketing and Sales
To achieve business profitable growth, you will execute annual marketing plan in conjunction with Global Product Groups and sales leaders
Your support is needed in marketing initiatives in the different Operating Units by deciding priorities based in global marketing strategies.
Running marketing campaigns in Europe and lead management
Driving Sales efficiency by coordinating competence development framework for the Marketing and Sales teams in the HUB, and for customers
Test and broaden your knowledges in competence development

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
More than 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, working as product marketing or customer engagement related role.
You have wide and sound knowledge of High Voltage products and the Energy market.
Diverse and demonstrated experience in development and implementation of marketing initiatives
You have a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach towards new situations
You like to communicate and building strong customer relationships poses no problem for you
