The market for electric vehicles is rapidly growing and we are enthusiastic about our customer’s move to electric mobility. To meet the future, Fortum Consumer Mobility enables you to charge your EV on the Fortum Charge & Drive network when travelling in Norway, Finland, or Sweden and use services like Smart Charging for optimizing your home charging. In Fortum Consumer Mobility, we aim to create a world class charging experience for our customers, and for that we need brilliant people looking for that extra challenge.
As a member of the Fortum Mobility team you will take part in developing this prioritized business area of Charge & Drive, home charging and new mobility services in the Nordics. We are currently looking for someone who want to dive communications and experiences that our customers love.
As our new Marketing Manager of the B2C segment, you will play a key role in developing this part of our business. The position reports to the Head of Marketing and is a part of our management team.

You must have:
- Extensive experience within online marketing and ecommerce
- Solid business insight
- Strong commercial mindset
- 5+ years of experience
- A native digital mindset
- Fluency in English & one Scandinavian language
What you will do
- Create and execute the overall marketing plan for Mobility B2C, including customer communication
- Conceptual responsibility for the mobility apps content and application
- Development of multi-channel marketing campaigns with the objective of increasing App Installs, Optin Rate for Push Notifications, Revenue and Conversion Rate
- Campaign strategy, development and responsibility for the delivery of push notifications and in-app messages
- Continuous customer journey optimization of mobility apps through performance analysis (customer behavior) and implementation of A/B testing
- Continue to enhance Fortum Mobility (Charge & Drive and Smartcharging) as the preferred partner for people transitioning into electric mobility
As Marketing Manager you will be in a key role in developing our story and how we communicate when we drive the change for a cleaner world together with our customers.
