As a Marketing Manager NL & BE, you will be the key driver of Sellpy’s growth in The Netherlands and Belgium. You will be responsible for our local product offering while executing local marketing activities. This role requires you to have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Dutch. You work closely with the Commercial Lead DACH & Expansion, also based in Berlin, and you can learn from and leverage the experiences of your fellow regional marketing managers. You will lead one working student to support you, especially with ongoing influencer tasks.
In short, you will
Local brand communication: Translate and localise brand communication like website & app, emails, marketing materials and more.
Website optimisation: Adapt the website according to ongoing campaigns, marketing activities and merchandising insights.
Influencer management: Plan, coordinate and execute various forms of influencer collabs; conduct local influencer events.
Brand marketing: Set up and coordinate local brand marketing activities, campaigns and cooperations.
Newsletter marketing: Translate and adapt local newsletters in collaboration with the CRM Manager.
Public relations: Manage local press send-outs and similar communication.
Spokesperson: Be the spokesperson for our Dutch & Belgian customers by understanding their wishes and needs and voicing those in the organisation.

Requirements
A relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good level of English.
Experience in marketing and/or influencer marketing.
Hands-on and pragmatic attitude to get things going and learn on the way.
Positive energy and motivation to test new things and push ideas.
Good communication skills with influencers, partners, customers as well as internal stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and a curiosity to optimise.

We’d be impressed if you have
1-3 years of work experience in (influencer) marketing for a sustainable lifestyle company and/or the Dutch market.
French language skills.
Knowledge of e-commerce.
Proficiency in SQL.

Location
You are welcome to do all these things at our new office in Berlin Kreuzberg (min. 2 days per week) and from home or even abroad for limited periods.
