Are you as passionate about PR & Communications as we are? Want to join a creative and fun marketing team? We’re on the hunt for our new Marketing manager Nordics.
As the Marketing manager for the Nordics you are responsible for developing the Nordic marketing strategy, plan (aligned with global strategy) and budget as well as execution and optimization of the actual marketing plan with the goal of maximizing pipeline and revenue generated from marketing. You will work closely with the rest of the Marketing team, Sales, Customer Success/Support and Product teams to ensure the right go to market strategy, initiatives and executions to support Mynewsdesk continuous growth and success.
We are looking for a go-getter personality with tons of positive energy and creative ideas.
- Set the strategy and marketing plan, including budget, for Nordics to ensure yearly goals
- Execute on the agreed marketing plan for Nordics together with your marketing colleagues
- Overall responsible to ensure local strategies and tactics are aligned with global marketing and business strategy and goals
- Localise global campaigns: blogs, marketing automation (emails, landing pages), digital ads, social etc
- Create local campaigns towards existing and potential customers to drive revenue (for example email, webinars, events etc)
- Analyse funnel data - such as traffic, new names, MQLs, marketing related closed deals
- Responsible for execution of Nordic events/webinar
- Creation and execution of Customer marketing plan
- Responsible for content on local organic social accounts, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin as well as Mynewsdesk newsroom (In close collaboration with Global Content Manager and Performance specialist).

- Customer and Revenue Retention goal
- Total Number of mentions of Mynewsdesk in media for Nordics and link building
What we are looking for
- + 5 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager
- Experience working in an international/global marketing context
- 5 + years experience of customer and acquisition marketing
- Business oriented and data driven with analytical skills - able to evaluate channel and campaign success from your marketing programs
- Experience of planning and executing marketing activities such as Events, PR, Content and Email marketing
- Experience of managing social accounts
- SEO knowledge
- Writing skills
- Knowledge of the Nordic market and the PR Industry
- Fluent in Swedish and English, preferably another Nordic language
