Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our client’s SME (Small and medium-sized enterprises) area (B2B). The main responsibility is the overall management of SME marketing activities and secure alignment with business goals. This includes to initiate, plan, execute and follow up marketing activities to support long and short-term goals.

The Marketing Manager will act as the “Go to” person for B2B marketing plans, budget and requests and secure stakeholder management to align teams and competences supporting the same goals.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Brand and performance marketing activities within their Marketing plan 2023.
- Budget and planning for SME marketing activities 2024.

Our client has a policy of working 3days onsite per week and 2days remote.

Qualifications
- You are a driven and experienced Marketing Manager (approx. 4-8 years’ experience).
- You have experience from Bank/Finance sector.
- You have high knowledge of business acumen, products and services within the SME/B2B segment for Banking and Financial services and products.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start in August, and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-12-31 with possibility of extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client in Solna. Please note, our client has a policy of working 3days onsite per week and 2days remote.
