Poolia is recruiting a business-oriented and proactive Marketing Manager for Sweden and Norway with strong analytical skills to Heras Nordic. The position is full-time and is based in Helsingborg.

You are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment.

As Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the outbound and inbound marketing activities taking place within your country. You understand your marketplace in detail including: growth sectors, target customers, routes to market, competition activities and trends. You will use this information to enable sales revenue, market share and profit growth.

As the representative of the country sales team within the group marketing department you ensure that both product and solutions requirements of your country are understood by the product management team. You will conceive and develop innovative marketing programs (product launches, and other campaigns) that drive demand.

You will work closely with the group marketing communications manager to ensure the needs of your country are understood and met. In your role as a Country Marketing Manager you will be the expert on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Provide strategic leadership on market development/market expansion opportunities and the brand planning and sales strategy process.
• Conduct competition and market analyses, provide marketing strategies and execute marketing plans to ensure maximum market penetration.
• Contribute to product and service development, support product launch process, product pricing.
• Manage product launch in your region and provide input for business planning and regular review of planning/forecasting.
• Conduct commercial training session, ensure training success for the internal organization and customers and deliver input for further development of the trainings.

The job includes travelling to the different districts in Sweden, Oslo, Ystad and to Heras and CRH head offices (mainly Netherlands).

The position reports to the Marketing Director of the Heras Group based in the Netherlands.

Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, probably with a major in Marketing.

We believe you at least have 5 years of B2B experience as product marketing manager, product manager or marketing manager. You have a proven track record for applying the B2B product marketing toolkit in an industrial setting. It is an advantage if you also have previous experience of marketing services.

You have a proven ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in an effective manner.

Fluency in speaking and writing English and Swedish is a prerequisite for the position. You also have excellent communication skills.

You are an experienced user of Excel and it is an advantage if you have experience from budgeting and forecasting. You also have the ability to analyze and present data.

To be successful as Marketing Manager you drive for results and for continuous improvement. You are a strong communicator, convincing, ambitious and analytical. You are also a team player, but self-confident and self-reliable.
