Description

Tetra Recart is a unique organisation in Tetra Pak dedicated to our 21st century alternative for canned food. As a consequence this Business Unit has full responsibility over all part of this business from Supply Chain & Development to Marketing & Sales Strategy.
The Marketing Manager is a key role within Tetra Recart and the overall responsibility is to define and monitor Tetra Recart Value Proposition for Retail and Consumers, capture and redistribute marketing learnings to support and convince Market Companies, customers, retailers and consumers. You will work in close cooperation with our Market Companies.
This position offers a good overview of Tetra Recart with the opportunity to develop yourself in your career.
The role is a temporary for approximately 12 months to replace our colleague who will be on maternity leave.
Main responsibilities
- Build and sell value proposition of Tetra Recart across the value chain in particular for consumers and retailers
- Capture & share Tetra Recart Marketing Best Practices
- Develop sales tools
- Align & Support Cluster with marketing plan and implementation
Qualifications
We are looking for a self motivated, creative person who enjoy breaking new grounds and who can grasp business success factors and network to influence decision makers (both internally and externally)
To be successful in this position you must be a business- and results oriented person with a high level of drive. Furthermore, you are analytical and creative and have the ability to convince others. You are a natural leader who is excellent at networking and communicating with people on all levels.
We believe that you have a marketing background with at least 5 years experience in marketing positions, experience in building Marketing Plans, launching new products, leading consumer research and analyse market panels. If you have marketing experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and in particular in can food industry it is considered a merit.
Your English skills are excellent both verbally and in writing.
