The role as Marketing manager
As we are currently growing quickly and have an ambitious plan for the future, we are now hiring a Marketing manager to be responsible for campaign planning and activation for all our international sales offices. You are the main point of contact between the local marketers and the central marketing team which is based in Gothenburg. You ensure everyone works as a team. You will be the key interface for the local marketing teams for everything related to brand, web and marketing activities. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that all marketing activities are impactful, support each market’s sales target and have an optimized balance between brand awareness, engagement and marketing ROI. The role will be guiding the markets regarding channel choice and budget allocations and ensure thorough follow-up and analysis. The responsibilities will also include defining and driving new marketing initiatives such as organizing and optimizing global webinars and online fairs for the markets and managing roll-outs of campaigns. Location for the service is at Educatius' office in central Gothenburg. You report to Petra King. President Marketing. There is travel involved in the role.
More specifically, you’ll get to
Drive the campaign planning for the year and anchor these with the international sales offices
Coordinate with central marketing team and launch all campaigns with quality and efficiency
Align budgets and marketing targets
Ensure all executions across the markets are on brand
Take ownership of certain projects, from concept to launch
Coordinate and manage merchandise for the group
Advise and approve local budget allocations across different channels
Roll-out and training of new marketing initiatives
Monitor and analysis competitor landscape
Who we’re looking for
You are well experienced in digital and data-driven marketing. You have a genuine understanding of social media channels and search (organic and paid) and know how to integrate branding with sales-oriented marketing activities. We like you to have some form of international experience and you are used to cooperating with offices in other countries. We like you to come from an operational marketing department, but also have an interest in analysis and statistics.
You are business driven and understand the importance of collaborating with the sales department for best business result. You feel comfortable being the point of contact for different stakeholders both inside the company and with third party partners. You are fluent in English, both oral and written. You have excellent communication skills and describes you as a doer!
