About the role

The Marketing Manager role is pivotal in driving the success of a company's products or services through effective promotion and strategic planning.

You are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives, target the right audience, and generate profitable results.

Your skills as a marketing manager should include expertise in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, data analytics, and campaign optimisation.

To excel in your role, you should be adaptable and open to embracing emerging marketing technologies and trends. Additionally, your ability to analyse data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions will play a crucial role in optimising marketing efforts and achieving desired outcomes.

The marketing manager role at Careium is diverse and spans between budgeting, marketing strategy and hands-on activities, such as, copywriting, product presentation material, web maintenance and daily interaction with our external marketing and communication partners.

As a marketing manager you will report to the head of Product & Portfolio. You will have no direct reports, but you will be working closely with our local market representatives across Europe.

You will work from our bright, spacious office close to the Central Station in Malmö with many places to go for lunch, close to shopping and gyms.  Careium offers the possibility to flexibility between remote work and the office. Key responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:


• Develop, implement, and drive the marketing strategy for Careium. Work in close collaboration with the Careium Country directors and Product management.
• Responsible for the Careium Marketing budget (Global/HQ) 
• Translate market and customer insight into impact full marketing strategy, marketing plans and tactics.
• Work closely with many teams, including Product & Portfolio Management, Regional Careium Director, Careium sales, and external agencies to make sure our company brand values, and image are followed.
• In charge of the look and feel and content of Careium Web sites. This includes the look and feel as well as creation and writing of product texts, articles, and other content.
• Refine and optimise the Careium social media strategy and corporate tools.
• PR - create content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (press releases, corporate announcements, white papers)
• Keep the Careium website updated and relevant
• Create content and market material for various purposes and channels, such as trade shows and fairs (brochures, rollups, booths etc), social media (LinkedIn), web
• Launch and publish new products and services on the Careium website
• Support product managers in creating product information, sell-in material and manage translations and adaptations to local markets

Qualifications


• A relevant marketing degree
• Strategical skills with a commercial mindset
• Digital mindset
• Experienced working from or with marketing agencies
• Entrepreneurial mindset - taking responsibility and leading the way
• Being detail oriented and operational
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - the focus should always be on delivering a high level of service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new leads, generate opportunities and adjust marketing strategies as needed
• Experience from Investor Relations (IR) is a plus
• Experience as a Head of Regional Marketing is also a merit
• Previous experience in Episerver (or other CMS systems) is a plus
