Marketing Manager to EMG International

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the Marketing Department and accelerating our expansion into new segments and channels. You will manage the delivery and performance of a growing and diverse portfolio of products that includes Direct Email Marketing, Display Advertising, Social Media Ads, and an array of Digital Events. Additionally, working closely and collaboratively with the Sales team and Site managers you will develop our Performance Marketing Campaigns, Inbound Marketing strategies and Marketing Automation.

Responsibilities:

- Setting up, delivering and reporting on owned, earned and paid digital marketing campaigns and tracking their success across our three sites
- Developing our product portfolio from ideation, sales, delivery and performance
- Overseeing the production of our client campaigns, optimising the processes and improving results and margins
- Leading, developing and maintaining a high performing team that deliver our marketing services and campaigns

Who are we looking for?

- Educated to degree level in either Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
- 6+ years experience working in Digital Marketing roles
- Excellent communication and creative-thinking skills, with a proven ability to use data to inform decisions in both B2B and B2C marketing
- Earned, owned and paid marketing experience eg SEM and Social Media Advertising
- Strategic, budget planning, analytical and people management skills


You have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. You are comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy. If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building brands, we want to hear from you.
