Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson’s global marketing and communication activities are steered from a company-wide Message Framework. In this role you will have the outstanding opportunity to develop and implement these key business narratives.

As part of Ericsson’s Message Framework, the Value Propositions unifies and joins up our propositions to the market:

Umbrella value proposition: Network narrative covering network evolution, technology and operations
Enterprise value proposition: Business narrative towards the enterprise segment
Consumer value proposition: Business narrative towards the consumer segment



All the Unifying Value Propositions will leverage the messaging and brand assets in our Vision Narrative, as well as being responsible for crafting the context for the Key Offering Areas.

As the Marketing Manager Unifying Value Proposition, you will be a key contributor when it comes to developing, evolving and deploying across the unifying value propositions, supporting the Value Proposition Directors. The role is part of a virtual team of strategic marketing professionals to set the agenda and narratives that are essential for Ericsson.


As a key member of the team driving Unifying Value Propositions, you will play a meaningful role in the transformation of marketing and communications within Ericsson and drive the implementation of the Message Framework.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, development of the marketing plans for Ericsson’s narratives and development the value propositions.

Project management and continuous follow up of the development and implementation of the Unifying Value Propositions
Primary interface towards the campaign and activations team.
Support the development and continuous update of the value propositions and content plans supporting them
Development, creation and continuous update of buyer personas and industry segmentation
Content creation to articulate narrative and continuously evolve Ericsson’s thought leadership in the area
Perception build and sales enablement as well as developing and orchestrating additional content assets and insights
Support the management of the internal global community of champions of the narratives, e.g. coordination, workshop management, shared roadmaps and project plans
Ensuring a good linkage within the Ericsson message hierarchy from the company vision to the Key Offering Areas



The Marketing Manager will work closely with all the Marketing Directors for the three Unifying Value Propositions and report to the Head of Unifying Value Propositions in GFMC Strategic and Content Marketing.


To be successful in the role you have
University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience.
Experience in Strategy, Strategic Marketing or Solution Marketing with eye for business
Good knowledge of ICT industry. Good understanding of our customers business and our customers’ customer’s business and situation – consumers, enterprises and public sector.
Demonstrated experience from marketing, sales or strategy in CSP enterprise / business domain (is benefitial)
Project management and experience from working in global and distributed teams
Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
The skillset in how to articulate in messaging, narratives and propositions
