A group of 70 talented and driven people that come together in three technology companies Textalk, Abicart, and Textalk Media. Our history dates all the way back to the 1970s and we are planning to invent and innovate for another 40+ years.

We are world leaders in media solutions for the blind, visually impaired and other people with special needs for accessibility.
We serve the publishing industry with solutions for content extraction, archiving, and omnichannel publishing. We develop publishing tools focusing on content, e-papers, web, and apps.
We are e-commerce experts that developed one of the most popular e-commerce platforms in the Nordics, Abicart.

What we're looking for
A passionate, knowledgable, and experienced leader to build a world-class marketing team working for all of the brands/products in the Textalk Group. You come highly recommended by previous colleagues, direct reports, and employers.
You are known for being trustworthy, a great communicator, present, hands-on, a great coach, someone who challenges the status quo and thinks outside the box.
In this role, you will have a huge influence and great possibilities to develop and grow!

- What is the most important KPIs for Growth (acquisition) Marketing?
- What is a good result of those KPIs and what actions to take to improve them?
- What competencies and personalities are needed to create those results?
- What is most important to create a great talent experience?
- What is needed to create high business impact and performance in a team?
- What defines a great marketing manager?
What you'll do
- Translating company goals to clear marketing goals and actions
- Setting a budget and goals for the team and reporting results
- Coaching and leading the work in your team on a daily basis
- Executing on project tasks within the team in your multiple areas of expertise
- Set a strategy and act on improvements that ensure results are met on time
- Plan and execute on talent training, development, and career planning
- Hiring and building the team ensuring we have the capacity we needed
- Build an excellent talent experience together with our Head of People & Culture
- You will also work closely with our Head of Sales and CEO
