Marketing Manager Wood Products

Division Wood Products is now looking for a Marketing Manager, who will be responsible to lead and manage all marketing activities in the division with the purpose to drives commercial success and create demand for Stora Enso’s renewable offering. The location for this position is Stockholm, Sweden or Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities and tasks:
·        Position Stora Enso as the renewable materials company and leverage Stora Enso’s brand story in marketing
·        Secure preference for the Stora Enso brand and offering.
·        Build strong and attractive product brands and manage brand architecture for the division’s product portfolio to connect with market needs
·        Develop an understanding of customers, segments and markets and selected target audiences and use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.
·        Develop inspiring marketing concepts for the offering with relevant messaging for selected customer segments
·        Develop and accelerate our digital presence whilst continuously evaluating and improving the end-to-end customer experience
·        Manage marketing plans, strategic projects and campaigns, define key achievements and follow up with team members
·        Lead the production of all marketing campaigns and marketing related materials
·        Develop a strong internal network by building rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
·        Act as a counterpart to the business in marketing related issues and questions
Qualifications:
Are you the one? In order to succeed in this role, you have minimum of 10 years of professional experience in marketing or relevant position. Your proficiency is based on an advanced degree in marketing, communication or another relevant area. You have experience in a managerial role and confirmed experience of working with marketing as well as both external and internal communications.
Requirements:
•       Ability to manage multiple projects, work with diverse teams and meet demanding deadlines
•       Proven track record of proactive marketing work
•       Fluent in spoken and written English, other languages like Swedish, Finnish or French are an advantage
•       Attention to details, focus on customer service and skilled in problem solving
•       Open, direct, positive, and energetic, fast and efficient
•       A doer
•       Willingness to travel
