Our customer, a well-known international software company is looking for a Marketing manager to work in their office located in the center of Stockholm.

It is relevant to understand sales and the procedures, but this job is not a sales job. Important is to have presentation skills and social skills in order to inform and be enthusiastic and cooperative with the sales team.

A social person, someone that can cooperate and build relationships very quick. Most contacts are inhouse and that is vital for the role to understand and align with the inhouse stake holders. Also someone that can work both high and low, strategic but also hands on if needed.



You will be part of the Nordic Xbox category team and do close cooperation with other Nordic and international teams.



Tasks:

- Drive and execute the marketing and retail strategy for Games and the digital Xbox business
- Define and influence the various elements of the marketing mix and key retail programs within the area that will direct
- Land Xbox @ retail category strategies at retail to maximize revenue and socket opportunity
- Provide in depth business analysis
- Drive the overall numbers and business goals, forecasting, contribution margin and marketing spend
- Drive development around retailer pitch decks and presentations for tradeshows, events and account tours
- Support the team in setting strategy and direction around account presentations and meetings
- Manage partnerships
- Coordinate Event presence across Nordic together with the agency and the global content teams
- Strong ability to summarize complex business situations and to remove complexities
- Experience in planning and executing marketing strategies and sales activities that drive business results.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about building businesses, and thrives within a fast-paced environment.
- Able to directly deliver and deliver thru influence of others
- Experience with devices sales in consumer channels a plus.
- A character that exemplifies customer’s values including integrity, honesty, openness, personal excellence, constructive self-criticism, and mutual respect.
- Used to global cooperation via Teams and Skype
- Social nature
- Great communication skills
- Strong English language skills, both verbally and written
- Native Swedish is preferred






Skills and requirements:

- Sharp analytical skills and acumen to review and manage budgets, market data, and revenue opportunities.



Start date: Asap in March

Duration: fixed-term max 18 months
