In this position you will have a key role in helping us improve our insights-driven approach to decision making for all our marketing initiatives globally. We are looking for a strategic, equally hands-on, analytics professional to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.



Let us describe the challenge we offer

Our Media, Digital Marketing & Analytics (DIGMA) team, a part of our Brand & Marketing Department, are taking a long-term scope supporting our global markets. This is the team focusing on supporting Polestars' growth by turning data into insights through analytics, reporting, visualizations and a data driven way of working.

We are now looking to extend the team with our third inhouse global Marketing & Media Analytics Expert. A key role in helping us improve our insights-driven approach to decision making for all our marketing initiatives globally.

This position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We understand that work life balance isn’t easy, and of course welcome our emplyees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.



What you’ll do

As a Marketing & Media Analytics Expert you will be supporting our Brand & Marketing functions globally with hands-on analysis and actionable recommendations, as well as driving our marketing KPI & measurement strategy and support our data collection capabilities.

For example you will:

- Support the establishment and optimization of KPI framework and measurement plan for Brand & Marketing on both a global and local level.

- Help driving marketing and media analytics, establishing and optimizing creative dashboards and reporting to support decision making.
- Help driving Brand & Marketing towards a more data-driven way of working and to support both global and local functions in marketing and media analysis.
- Help ensuring data quality through correct tracking, integration, implementation and configuration of our and partners' digital tools in collaboration with CX Insights & Analytics department.




Who you are

We are looking for a strategic, as well as hands-on, analytics professional. To thrive at Polestar we believe you easily take own initiatives, setting own structures and of course have great passion for what you do!

To be successful in tis role we believe you have:

- More than two years of experience working with digital marketing analytics on both a strategic and operational level, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
- Broad experience within digital marketing and good understanding of various marketing platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce marketing cloud, Facebook Ads etc
- Knowledge and skills working with BI & Visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableu and/or Data studio


It is meritorious if you have experience working with Datorama and/or other Salesforce modules. Competence, Experience and knowledge within general marketing is also a plus.
