About the jobWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. The Marketing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our technology, database and processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and overall commercial success. This role will be responsible for managing Sales/Marketing technology, database accuracy/cleanliness, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between the commercial teams.
Responsibilities
Technology Management Oversee and manage our Marketing automation/CRM system (HubSpot) and other Sales/Marketing technology (e.g., Livestorm) to ensure efficient operation.
Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies as needed.
Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve them.

Data Management Manage commercial data, including cleansing, enrichment and validation.
Implement best practices for data governance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution mechanisms and models that track the impact of Marketing efforts on revenue generation.

Marketing Automation Lead marketing automation efforts, including campaign setup, lead scoring, nurturing, and personalization to drive engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with commercial teams to execute campaigns and initiatives effectively.
Ensure the alignment of technology, data, and processes to support campaign goals.

Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement between the Marketing/Sales/Business Development teams and implement streamlined workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in commercial processes.

About you 3-5 years experience in Revenue/Marketing operations, technology, and data management in a B2B SaaS environment.
2-3 years experience as a HubSpot admin (both Marketing and CRM) is a must.Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
