BA EA Marketing Operations
Marketing Operations at Electrolux is securing that we are well organized across the marketing value chain. With a data informed approach to identify waste and continuously optimizing the process. Supporting and enabling the broader organization to operate vertical global functions efficiently and effectively such as content and media.
The Marketing Operations Manager is a core contributor in our new operating model, bringing product launch projects and initiatives through the organization efficiently for highly effective, consistent and amazing consumer experiences across all touch points.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects and initiatives for Wellbeing from brief to content team and through to all touchpoint’s assets creation and across to activation in all consumers facing touch points.
The individual will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of the end-to-end projects ensuring that all tasks are assigned to the corresponding stakeholders with aligned global templates. Following up on one consistent process, flagging any delay or deviation in time, budget or delivery.
The Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate closely with Wellbeing EXP Marketing to support their end-to-end responsibility with professional project and program management. Collaborating cross-functionally, assigning tasks across all marketing functions to support the end-to-end delivery, identifying waste and inefficiencies as well as suggesting solutions to optimize the marketing value chain.
The Marketing Operations Manager is a member of the BA EA Marketing Operations function at Electrolux and will actively contribute to establishing and optimizing the process, tools and templates we use commonly across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, track and optimize product launch projects and initiatives. End-to-end from the EXP Marketing brief to content team and through to all touchpoint’s assets creation and across to localization and activation in all consumers facing touch points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and be the supporting Marketing Operations partner to EXP Marketing throughout each project.
• Securing that we run one process, including all elements of the consumer journey to help securing successful product launches ensuring consistency in our communication across consumer touchpoints within and across markets.
• Collaborating with experimentation teams analyzing data to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for optimization.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, tracking budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery and business and brand growth over time.
• Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks. Communicating project status and issues to stakeholders with efficient lines of communications and forums as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
• Help defining and implement metrics and KPIs to track the success of Marketing Operations and report on progress.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Coach and educate stakeholders across the company on the marketing operations process, template, and tools. Acting as the marketing operations evangelist.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and project management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management cross functions and internationally.
• Solid understanding and experience from Electrolux PDCL process.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
