Job Description


As a Marketing Operations Manager you will be leading a team of four people and will be a part of the Brand & Marketing Mid Management team and report to the Head of Brand & Marketing. You will manage project operations, owning intake, definition, timelines, and prioritization of new projects for the global brand and marketing department.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee all brand, marketing and communications initiatives across multiple platforms and formats to ensure quality content delivered on time, on brand and on budget.
Together with marketing management team develop yearly campaigns, marketing plans and marketing calendar.
Manage the marketing budget including allocation for projects and monthly follow ups.
Collaborates cross functionally to help define the brand story that meets the business goals and puts the consumer at the centre.
Liaise between all departments and support collaboration, reviews, and approvals across the global cross-functional teams.
Monitor feedback from business areas to improve process, promote efficiency and clarify the commercial planning.
Analyses and iterates processes in making performance improvement decisions.
Optimize and analyze production processes to execute work effectively.
Ensure staff assessment & development according to performance matrix, develop and educate team members to grow and utilize their full potential.

To be successful in this role we also see that you:
Have minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Have excellent presentation skills.
Have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and use of professional judgement in stressful situations.
Have proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and timelines, including the ability to multi‐task large‐scale marketing initiatives.
Have experience with performance metrics and process improvement and collaborating on updating such processes for the benefit of the business and time management.
Have experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.
