Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role
As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Tacton you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, implementing automated workflows, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Your expertise in marketing automation platforms, data analysis, and process optimization and marketing technology will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

You will work closely with the marketing team to understand their goals, provide guidance on marketing automation best practices, and support their campaign execution needs. Collaboration with Sales, IT, and other stakeholders is key to ensuring alignment and integration between marketing automation and other systems. Your team is small but driven and you will report to Daniel Hellquist, Director of Marketing Operations.

What you will do

- Oversee and manage the marketing automation platform (Pardot) to ensure smooth functioning and efficient utilization of marketing tools.

- Analyze marketing data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns, lead generation, and conversion rates.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing operations, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.

- Research and evaluate marketing technology solutions to enhance marketing automation, data management, and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- At least At least 3-5 years proven experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (pref. HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).

- Familiarity with lead generation and management processes.

- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and engagement metrics.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of HTML
