Your role
As In-Theatre Marketing & Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, preparations and execution of In-Theatre Marketing and creating and maintaining significant partnerships within third party collaborations. You will need to demonstrate understanding of the cinema industry and the various opportunities of external partnerships. Your work is both strategic and operational. You report to the Marketing Manager and work in close collaboration with the whole UIP team, Swedish exhibitors, external partners, and Paramount Pictures and Universal Pictures in London and USA.
Sample tasks
Main contact to the studios regarding In-Theatre Marketing.
Main contact to the studios regarding Partnerships.
Leading business collaborations based on our brands and releases.
Promotion and merchandise materials.
Follow up competition activities.
Follow up closely, film release activities at cinema level.
Ordering and distribution of marketing material for use in the cinema.
Coordinating screening programs where suitable.
Responsible for local events, consumer fairs etc.
Creating and executing local marketing initiatives such as web-TV shows and other digital initiatives.
Accountable local trade marketing.
Who you are
To succeed in the role, you need to be an innovative and good communicator who is constantly striving to develop our marketing and ensure positive relations. You are a driven, dedicated, and perceptive team player who is flexible enough to adapt to changing plans. You set clear expectations and are a smooth negotiator who is willing to challenge traditional ways of thinking. You need to be organised and have an eye for details. Last, but not least, you have an interest in film and understand the world of entertainment and culture.
Your qualifications
You have a relevant degree or diploma in marketing/communication.
You have experience from a similar role and knowledge of the cinemas in Sweden.
You are a strong communicator both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.

You will have the opportunity to be a part of an enthusiastic team, working on significant film releases in cinemas in Sweden. We are 11 people in the office at Södermalm, working on Marketing, Sales and Finance, and just like you, we just love film!
