This is an consultant assignment through KIMM/ Wise Professionals and starts as son as possible for a period of 6 months and it is a full-time position. For the right person this could result in a permanent employment at Wolters Kluwer.
Role Description
The work involves both doing digital marketing together with their marketing teams in Sweden, Norway and Denmark and participating in long-term development of digital capabilities. Your specific role is to be the market function's expert in Wolter Kluwer´s technical environment and to trim it so that the customer journey is smooth and efficient. A central task will be to capture and analyze data for the measurement points that are needed.
The operational work will have a local adaptation to the conditions that prevail for their local activities in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, and the effort can be a mixture of carrying out activities under your own responsibility, together with others or to coach and educate.
Contact with both Sweden, Norway and Denmark where the contacts take place both in physical meetings and digital (MS Teams). Shorter work trips must be possible for you in Scandinavia.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Set up measurement points, capture and analyze data for our lead generation SEOAdministration and improvements of our web environment, enhancements on driving traffic and conversionsCreate and update dashboards (SFDC, GA, G360, Excel) for our digital campaigns and participate in regular meetings for campaign follow-up Optimization of our digital channels and customer journey by, for example, proposing and implementing improvements in impressions, visits, MQL´s and SQL´s, for all the tools we use (eg. Social Media, Google Ads, email, remarketing), including tagging and optimizing our WebsitePaid Advertising: Handle Google Ads, Facebook Business manager and Linkedin advertising.To be the marketing function's expert on our system environment and its development Participate in driving our digital marketing, both through responsibility for your own parts of the flow and for coaching or supporting colleagues on other partsDevelop, plan and carry out activities together with our Country Marketing Managers as well as other Marketing SpecialistsParticipate as a key resource in creating our long-term digital strategy and contributing to implementing this step-by-step approach.Participate in Global Wolters Kluwer projects regarding digital marketing
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have at least 2 years of experience working with digital marketing, preferably within B2B business and software business, either at an agency or in the business itself
Your educational background is not critical, but we believe that you have some form of post-secondary education, where marketing technology is part of the education, perhaps through a specific education in digital marketing or a combination of IT studies and marketing.
As a person you are independent and can be proactive against set goals and guidelines with a strong own drive and focus on results. You like to measure and analyze in order to find ideas for improvements. You will have many different contact points internally and externally and therefore need to have very good ability to collaborate. You should enjoy being an operational resource that implements the plans in practice but also be able to participate in our strategic development. You are curious with a desire to learn more.
We also wish you have the following experience/competences:
Previous experience of working with marketing technology, such as: Google: Analytics,360, Ads and Tag Manager, Social Media, Web CMS, SEO / SEM, Marketing Automation systems, CRM systems (Salesforce), basic HTML knowledgeUnderstanding and experience of digital lead generation and buying processesExperience and knowledge of setting up measurement and following up digital lead generationNative in one Scandinavian languageEnglish (very good level in speech and writing)Interest in data analysis, projects and process work
