The position

We are looking for a Marketing Production Coordinator to our Market Communications department in Karlskrona.
The Market Communications department is globally responsible for the production of all Roxtec’s market communication. We manage the Roxtec brand and develop and create all marketing material, concepts and digital content for our corporate functions as well as our subsidiaries. Our main target is to help our prospects and customers find, understand, prefer and use Roxtec solutions.
As a Marketing Production Coordinator at Roxtec, you will be responsible for coordinating both large and small projects as well as for prioritizing among ongoing productions.

Main tasks and responsibilities:


• Ensure that production of marketing materials follow the plan
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and manage project scopes
• Manage multiple projects with smart prioritization of tasks and deliverables
• Identify possible operational issues and risks, and work to prevent them
• Edit and manage digital content in our digital channels
• Coordinate translations and ensure optimized processes


Skills


• Experience in project management related to marketing, digital and print
• Proven skills from content management, content marketing and digital communication
• Experience in digital environments and social media
• Experience in, and a genuine interest in, market communication, preferably within B2B
• Flexible, humble and open to continuous changes and development
• Ability to overview larger projects, plan, allocate resources and deliver in line with a fixed deadline


Qualifications


• Relevant education within project management focusing on marketing and digital communication
• At least 5 years of work experience (marketing project management, marketing production, digital communication)
• Common knowledge in agile working methods
• Common knowledge in working with digital communication (web content management, social media)
• Experience in using Microsoft Office
• Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud
• Fluent in Swedish and English (speaking and writing)
