Marketing Production Manager

Seco Group Marketing Communication is looking for a Marketing Production Manager, responsible for 6 direct report co-workers. You coordinate responsibilities in the marketing production chain and supervise external parties primarily for print, agencies and visuals. The location for this position is Fagersta.

Key performance areas
As Marketing Production Manager, you manage, supervise and develop the creation of globally used marketing material for products within the Seco Tools global marketing organization, including global product launches. You manage budget and follow up of costs for the production of marketing material and marketing projects. Marketing material needs to be continuously reviewed and adapted according to market requirements and your team has the ownership for adaptation of global printed matters and creation of visuals, such as photo and video.

The position includes some global traveling.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree, or the equivalent, in Marketing, Communication, Information Design or Information Architecture and documented experience in marketing communication. Knowledge of technical information is a merit, as is experience from the cutting tool industry and knowledge about design software and/or markup language. Fluent skills in English, in both writing and speaking, are a requirement for this position.

You have global responsibility for managing the marketing production team and this includes prioritizing, allocating resources, accepting accountability and achieving results. You are a service minded leader who will and coach our marketing production department as we continually meet new market requirements. You have a solution-oriented approach, and work in a structured way when it comes to prioritization and implementation of coming activities.
