Job description
We are looking for a driven, experienced marketing production manager for Sandviken
Communication and Marketing department. 
You have experience in content production for new launches, campaigns, web content and films/videos.

Responsibilities
As a production manager you will:
 
plan production of different assets.
coordinate and book assets (writers, AD:s, translation, web editor, PR, SoMe, suppliers).
do quotation and create Purchase Order number.
set a detailed time plan.
agree with all involved regarding expectations, reviews, platforms, wow.
start up production/-s and follow up during production.
manage review.
if change of deadline, change time plan, contact all involved and implement.
send for translation, follow up and keep track of languages missing.
follow up on costs.

 
You will also:
 
re-purpose of content – use parts of films, interviews, digital events for other purposes.
do web updates and handle photo shoots.
pitch new agencies.

 
 
As a person you are driven with good structure, flexible and self going.





Working hours
Fulltime, daytime
Assignment location; Sandviken or Stockholm



Qualifications
Qualifications required for this position:


education in marketing and communications.
minimum three years experience.
excellent English, written and spoken.
