All about the role:
Marketing Program Manager Product Line Taste BA EA is part of the Experience Marketing Team BA EA (BA Europe & APMEA), and is the key end-to-end link between the Taste Product Line and Marketing ensuring branded innovation, consumer, and commercial success with the key objectives to build long-term top3 brand consideration and drive commercial results in the mid-term.
What you'll do:
As Marketing Program Manager, Product Line Taste, BA, EA, you will own and lead the development of branded innovation and consumer experience propositions for key holistic Taste ranges and be responsible for driving holistic kitchen range launch campaign & toolbox development as well as go-to-market activation through BA, EA, and local CA marketing teams. You will also drive the Taste business commercial marketing agenda implementation into BA EA plans and local CA marketing execution. You will also be responsible for driving synergies and efficiency across Business Area EA, leveraging common approach & deliverables in Innovation & Commercial launch.
In detail, you will:
Drive key new range launches innovation by leading the branded PL Taste experience definition across categories that guide Experience Marketing Managers, R&D, Design, and Digital Teams to ensure strong storytelling.
Work cross-functionally and drive the implementation and go-to-market planning to secure key new kitchen range launches incl. campaign development, in close collaboration with Marketing Operations, consumer insights, agencies, content team, Coms Planning, Activation and key CA teams.
Drive cross-taste BA EA kitchen commercial marketing objectives definition and facilitate implementation in collaboration with PL and Experience Marketing Managers with intent to focus, align and increase effectiveness of central (Master Marketing Plan) and local CAs marketing tactics.
Support branded master marketing planning (MMP) development by owning the Taste experience area marketing and product line strategy inputs to support the building of brand top3 consideration.
Help to facilitate the Master Marketing Plan development by giving key priorities for the taste business and providing guidance for PACS launches and commercial agenda for categories and CAs.
Support the content team's campaign development by guiding with relevant consumer insights, commercial objectives, and product focus to identify hero experiences and create impactful 360 campaign toolboxes.
Drive Taste CA Marketing forum and agenda ensuring that local CA marketing understands BA EA Taste business focus creating alignment and plans for achieving commercial marketing objectives.
Lead and support the cross-category development of human-centric and sustainable digital experiences and partnerships ensuring the branded attributes and target consumer needs are established in the final product or functionality.
Manage X-Category Experience Marketing Specialist operationally
In this role, you will report to Experience Marketing Director PL Taste BA EA.
Who you are:
Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or Business
Approx. 7+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Commercial Areas and/or Product Development (ideally in more than one function), with international exposure
Project Management skills
Ability to manage different stakeholders across all seniority levels, including C-level management
Team player, able to influence and work in a functional team as well as a matrix organization Experience in FMCG is considered a plus
Fluent English written and spoken
Availability to travel based on business need
