We are currently looking for two Marketing Project Lead for an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity, a contract starting as soon as possible and has a two-year contract with a great possibility for an extension.

About the role:
We are looking for two Marketing Project Leads within the Category Marketing team, responsible for leading and delivering on projects within defined scope. Planning, coordination, roll out and follow-up of our marketing campaigns in the Nordic markets. Coordinate marketing communication material together with external agencies and local country marketing.
Category marketing acts as the link between Samsung HQ, Nordic marketing department and local Channel marketing and Sales functions to initiate and implement category marketing activities, including GTM planning with focus on retail presence, ATL/BTL campaigns and offline and online initiatives within both Samsung´s own and Samsung´s partners´ platforms.
Overall objective for the position and the Category Marketing Team is to drive sell-out of, and grow brand preference for, Samsung smartphones in the Nordics, with the ultimate target of reaching a market leading position. Samsung´s overall mission is to become and be the # 1 brand in the minds, hearts, homes and lives of our consumers, and the Smartphone category is a key component in reaching that vision.
Your profile:
Your key Accountabilities:
• Project plan creation, coordination, execution, budget management and follow-up
• Market Shares and Sell-out
• Category Marketing specific KPI
• Brand Awareness
• Brand Preference
• Main POC of Nordic specialist functions and local country´s sales organizations
Qualifications Required:
• University degree, preferably with a major in Marketing
• MS Office, mainly Excel & PPT
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both in written and verbally
Experience, skills & Attributes:
• Approx 6 years of solid consumer marketing experience from strong brands
• Nordic Matrix Organization
• Experience from large international FMCG brands are a merit
• Go to market planning on multi-country markets, management of large marketing budgets, covering ATL as well as BTL
• Solid grasp of all elements of the media mix, ranging from conventional offline, to online and experiential marketing
• Solid project management experience, from a wide range of projects
• Take own initiatives and drive implementation
• Structured with an ability to manage multiple priorities, short deadlines and take decisions under uncertainty
• Results & performance drive, with a passion for marketing effectiveness
• Pragmatic, easy to collaborate with, solution-driven and a ´can do´ attitude
• Big picture scope in planning, with attention to detail in execution
