RECCO Advanced Rescue Technology is an international rescue system currently used by more than 900 ski resorts and rescue organizations in 32 countries. The search system is based on a technology solution that the Swedish company RECCO AB has developed and is the only one of its kind in the world.
In recent years, the technology has been further developed into an efficient helicopter-based search system, which means that RECCO is now radically broadening its operations from only avalanche rescue to also include search for missing people in outdoor activities all year around. This leads to increased safety for the large mass of outdoor practitioners, from hikers in the forest to high-alpine climbers in the mountains.
We now need to strengthen RECCO’s Marketing team with a Marketing Project Leader. This role will mainly focus on creating B2B partnerships with brand partners and groups of interest within the global outdoor industry. This includes leading different projects concerning communication, branding and similar activities.

YOUR MISSION
RECCO is in search for a relationship and communication focused person who is passioned about international relations, marketing and outdoor activities. With curiosity and a developed strategic and tactical thinking, you will participate in, strengthen and develop communication interactions with various brand partners, alpine resorts, and similar groups of interest connected to the year-around outdoor business.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Create communication, content and lead cooperation projects with brand partners and groups of interest within the outdoor business.
- Be the main contact with brand partners from a marketing perspective.
- Meet customers/brands expectations within specific collaboration and communication projects.
- Seek for maximum output power for both parties from a marketing perspective.
- Be responsible for different B2B events/trade shows.
YOUR TALENT:
- Relationship builder with great communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Skills in German and/or another additional EU language are meritorious.
- Experience of and/or good knowledge of the outdoor industry.
- Experience of running projects and achieving goals.
- Have a good understanding of brands and their strategies.
