Inter IKEA Centre Group Corporate Marketing at HQ in Copenhagen is a matrix organization and we are responsible for the development of corporate marketing manuals, benchmarking and supporting our marketing organizations in 8 countries totaling 23 marketing people.We work at both B2B and B2C level.We strive to ensure a common, high quality and professional market approach taking our different types of shopping centres, cultures and competitive situations into consideration.Heavy expansion and establishment on new markets require an extension of our supportive and corporate marketing functions at HQ level. The position as Marketing Project Manager is a new, full-time job at head office.You will play a central role in our future expansion and one of your first projects will be to develop and implement a new, corporate Internet platform, B2B and B2C in co-operation with the marketing functions in the countries. Another key area will be to develop, revise and implement our yearly, corporate market researches and to support the daughter companies in interpreting the results.Establishment of a corporate, electronic Toolbox and development/revision of corporate marketing manuals are also in your pipeline just like building up the necessary expertise within sponsored marketing. You are expected to build up a close co-operation with especially the marketing functions in each country and to arrange ad hoc cross-border marketing meetings for training and exchanging of ideas and best practices in your field. We expect you to provide regular feedbacks to daughter companies regarding strategic and overall level of performance as well advising on ways to maximize return on marketing investments. You report to the Marketing Director and the position requires about 30-50 traveling days/year visiting daughter companies.We can promise you a very exiting and challenging job with close contact across borders.Our atmosphere is international and informal and all communication is in English. We expect you to have a university or business school degree in Marketing and at least 5 years of experience in strategic marketing.Previous work with shopping centre marketing is an advantage just as a proven record in developing web-pages and working with international researches.You build strong relationships at all levels internally as well as with external partners and contacts.And you need to read and write fluent English.
