Marketing Project Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION
You will be an important supporting function to our Marketing and Ecom team. You will coordinate and lead the daily work connected to all marketing related projects/activities.
The campaigns can vary in production- character; paid digital advertising, ecom store material, printed material, packaging, film, still images, store material etc.

The position is based at our Stockholm Office and you will report to Marketing Manager

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:


• Execute our Activity Plan and make sure all our sales- and marketing channels have what they need to deliver on our brand & business goals each season, and optimize growth in sales (E-commerce, Retail and Wholesale)
• Plan all projects, collection launches and in-season activities (time & process) and communicate to all concerned
• Manage and support the team to ensure that the team deliver right content and according to plan
• Secure all deliverables within a project (what need, when and how)
• Set budgets connected to each project; plan, implement & follow up
• Approve invoices connected to projects/campaigns
• Post-production analysis
• Contact with external (production) partners and freelance
• Lead the creative resources in their daily work, making sure everyone has what they need to deliver
• Be involved in setting the activity plan of a season in collaboration with the marketing and e-com manager

QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:


• Experience of min 3 years, working as a production leader or marketing project manager
• Experience of working with marketing with an agency or inhouse
• You have experience of working with e-commerce clients and premium/lifestyle brands
• Relevant education in marketing
