The Menswear Marketing team at H&M is a global team that consist of 25 employees at the Head Office in Stockholm that supports all 74 markets around the world. The team has the responsibility to build the H&M brand towards our male target group through strategic direction and global campaign production. We do this in a very close collaboration with the assortment and experience teams. We also collaborate closely with other marketing teams within the company, as well as the H&M Brand Development team.
Job Description
As Marketing Project Manager you are accountable for managing projects to ensure that investments deliver the business value set out in the assignment. You will be responsible for empowering and inspire teams to challenge the status quo and create innovative solutions. You will also lead, inform, motivate and align project team to deliver on shared goals. To succeed in the role, you develop strategies together with specialist in insights, media, PR and a full competence project team. It's a role where you will learn a lot, have fun and make a global impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Validate project briefs to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables with strategic specialists.
Manage and optimize project budget with a cost-conscious mindset to maximize business value resources
Ensure all project deliverables (strategies, concepts, content, PR etc) deliver on set goals
Distribute and prioritize work between team members
Participate in sourcing and negotiations of creative talent and services
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and on budget
Analyze/follow up delivered projects to demonstrate return of investment
Qualifications

In order to be a successful Project Manager you have a creative personality with interest in design and fashion and have good ability to motivate teams and create project cultures where they thrive.
Besides your personality we see that you have:
Experience of strategic project management within Marketing & Communications & PR in agency or client side or other similar creative collective
Proven track record of customer-centric approach and ability to deliver omnichannel solutions
Proven track record of delivering strategies and solutions that drive business results
Proven track record of leading and align cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals
Knowledge of setting and following up KPI’s to demonstrate return of investment
Knowledge of strategic understanding of all disciplines of marketing and communications
Ability to communicate vision and strategy, prioritize and take decisions
Fluent knowledge in English, written and oral
