About the Assignment

This is a consulting assignment through KIMM/Wise Professionals with Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Scandinavia. The assignment commences in January or as agreed upon and is expected to last for 12 months with the possibility of extension/employment.

About the position

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Scandinavia is a leading technology business that provides software to professional accountants and tax advisors, from sole practitioners to many of the leading accounting practices in Sweden. The main focus is on being a generalist with a deep understanding of the digital domain. You will work on a both strategic and an operational level. In this role, you will establish, execute, and follow up on project plans, connecting various stakeholders. The digital aspect is at the core of the work, requiring an understanding of digital elements such as digital campaigns, SEO, and SEM. A key task involves not only grasping the digital landscape but also evaluating reports and implementing actions. The role entails frequent collaboration with different departments, including marketing, sales, and product specialists. You will also receive strong support from several specialists within the team. The ability to coordinate and manage multiple threads simultaneously is essential.

Examples of tasks

Project manage and drive campaigns and launches for the Scandinavian market.
Lead the development of project plans with budget, activities, channel selection, content, timing, and stakeholders, and drive implementation.
Follow up on metrics for campaigns and take action on results in collaboration with the team.
Collaborate closely with the in-house team and act as the client towards external agencies.


About you

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you can work independently and have a structured work approach. Your ability to build and nurture relationships is also crucial, as the role involves collaboration with various parts of the organization. Being an engaged team player is another key skill that will contribute to an effective and positive work environment.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role as a Project Manager or equivalent, preferably within B2B.
A generalist with expertise in digital marketing and experience in running digital campaigns. You are required to have an understanding of digital elements such as digital campaigns, social media, SEO, and SEM.
Ability to able to work both on a strategic and an operational level
Extensive experience collaborating with in-house teams and acting as a client towards external agencies.
Experience in coordinating between various internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in a Scandinavian language and proficient in English.
Merit to have experience in Marketing Automation.
