Leveraging actionable insights is key to understanding Mentimeters users, our performance, the competitive landscape and industry as a whole. To optimize our marketing and sales efforts, and enable both departments to become more data-informed and -inspired, we are now expanding our Data and Insights organization with a Marketing and Sales Analytics Manager.
What you will do!
Build out, manage and develop an Analytics team consisting of talented professionals such as Marketing and/or Sales Analysts, Data Scientists and other roles that you find necessary.
Own the agenda, roadmap and ways of working for your team.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from both Marketing and Sales (especially leadership and Ops teams) - you will identify, understand and prioritize their needs, challenges and key opportunities with the goal of making both departments more data-informed.
Operate strategically but also hands-on, when needed, to coordinate or drive key projects, pull together reports and analysis with actionable recommendations etc.
Understand how data flows through different systems and work with your team, data engineers as well as other analytics teams to make sure it would be feasible to capture the full user lifetime-journey in different customer segments (with emphasis on parts where Marketing and Sales efforts have impact).
Support Sales and Marketing teams to understand and report what factors drive results in different aspects of our business, through:
Ensuring we have the technical abilities to attribute performance to initiatives and underlying factors.
Ensuring your stakeholders have relevant and helpful metrics frameworks and KPIs with consistent definitions, automated dashboards and monitoring routines.
Enabling actionable ROI analysis and understanding towards what sales and marketing activities drive top line growth and profitability.
Make sure data granularity, compliance and governance is satisfactory in close collaboration with central data teams and other relevant partners.

Ultimately, strive to bring Sales and Marketing departments to a higher data maturity level by actively fostering a data-informed culture and decision-making.
Who you are:
5+ years of analytics experience with at least 2 years leading a team of data scientists and/or analysts in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration skills as you will be working with many different functions and people.
Great communication skills and ability to abstract and present complex problems in an easy way.
Working knowledge of modern martech and sales management systems.
Experience from market research, attribution and consumer journey mapping.
Solid business acumen and understanding of the dynamics in SaaS and product-first companies. You can define and support business objectives and strategies that drive revenue.
Strong ability to condense and communicate complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways that drive action.
An interest in coaching and supporting people in their personal and professional development.
