Marketing & Sales Manager
KPMG is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth within all areas of operations: Audit, Advisory and Tax & Legal. We are now looking for a motivated, organized, and curiously creative Marketing & Sales Manager with 5+ years of work experience to join our growing team.
In this role you will:
· Initiate, create and develop high-quality marketing material, activities, and campaigns to attract and retain customers.
· Lead projects and engage relevant stakeholders from start to finish, as well as work in dynamic teams to enable consistent first-class output.
· Together with your closest team, create and implement the overall marketing strategy, in close collaboration with account teams and other stakeholders.
· Set goals, monitor campaign performance and results. Suggest changes and improvements where necessary and gather learnings from previous projects to ensure continuous improvements.
· Work closely with our pursuit and account teams to understand the sales process and the marketing channels.
Who you are:
· 5+ years in B2B marketing
· Experience in digital marketing
· Effective communicator – great listener, observer and a strong presenter
· A self-starter who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and test new ideas
· Capable project manager with a positive, team-first attitude
· Fluency in English
· Experience in lead generation, pursuit development, up-sell and cross-sell activities
· Experience in planning digital and physical events
