Job Summary
In this position you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Marketing Services in our Lund site, acting as a growth partner for our customers, supporting them in achieving sustainable profitable growth by identifying category and channels opportunities, incubating and materialising their ideas from beginning to end.
You will be part of the Customer Experience team in Lund, which hosts Tetra Pak customers and prospects from all over the world.
This is a permanent position located in Lund, Sweden. Some travelling is required.
What you will do
As a Marketing Services Expert you will:
Collaborate in the planning and implementation of Marketing Services programs for our Lund site sessions
Identify business opportunities and leverage on Marketing Services tools and methodologies to support customers’ growth
Facilitate in person sessions with customers
Understand deeply categories, consumers and channels to support fact-based discussions
Partner with our Accelerator Lab and Design Prototype teams to integrate all tools relevant for the specific customer session
Perform organizational tasks such as planning, coordination processes and delivering on project timeline
Cooperate with agencies and other external partners

We believe you have
Highly proficient in creating presentations and presenting it to customers
A real understanding of cultural awareness
A minimum of 2 years of front office experience
A University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields; additional qualifications and competences related to Digital Marketing will be considered a strong plus
Previous experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods FMCG company, preferably in Marketing
Salesforce Customer Relationship Management CRM knowledge
You are fluent both in written and spoken English, other European languages are considered a plus
