General role description
Fiber networks are being installed in streets at a rapid pace, but the cost and complexity of connecting buildings and apartments with high-speed, high-bandwidth services represents the Last Mile Challenge. Full fiber deployment is an expensive undertaking. Therefore, it makes sense to use the free capacity in existing coaxial networks to reach Gigabit speeds without the need to install fiber in the buildings or apartments. InCoax provides solutions for customers to reach internet speeds of up to 3.2 Gbps in a smart and cost-efficient way.
InCoax is entering an expansive phase in international commercialization of the solutions and need strengthening the marketing team with a Marketing Specialist. You will be part of a small team with a global scope. Your tasks will be versatile ranging from product documentation, graphic design to digital marketing development, with the primary aim to provide the sales and channel organization with more qualified leads.
To succeed you must be an experienced user of InDesign and WordPress CMS (Elementor). You are comfortable in graphic design working with Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and you know your way around in MS Word, Excel as well as PowerPoint. You will also be working with our SoMe channels (YouTube/LinkedIn/Xing) and Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot/Mailchimp) to assist in the execution of the In-bound Marketing strategy. You know how to measure impact of digital activities and interpret results (analytic tools).
You have a keen interest for technology and maybe some experience in working with the telco and operator market in Europe and/or North America and China/Taiwan. You will be assisting (from a marketing perspective) in product development, why Mandarin (Chinese) language skills are necessary speaking, reading and writing in Chinese characters. Excellence in English is also a must – Swedish, German and/or Italian language skills is a plus. You are a team-oriented doer that enjoy a high paced start-up environment.
You will be working out of the office in Mobile Heights, Lund, but you will have the opportunity to work remotely from time to time. The position may involve some traveling to the Gävle office or other locations primarily within Europe. You will report to the CMO/Head of Marketing.

· Graphic Design & Product Documentation development
· Homepage development (design, UX, CTA, analytics)
· Digital Marketing (SoMe, Marketing Automation, campaigns etc)
· Various marketing department related tasks

Education
· Relevant Exam in Marketing; BA bachelor, DIHM or equivalent - Digital Marketing/Graphic Design
Previous experience
· 3 to 5 years of marketing department experience
· Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite)
· Inbound Marketing (SoMe, Marketing Automation etc)
· International B2B marketing experience is a plus
· Experience from the broadband or telecom industry is a plus
Skills set
· Fast paced, agile, multi-tasking, diligent, results oriented & service minded
· Master of – InDesign & Wordpress CMS
· Skilled in - Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Marketing Automation SW and Google Analytics
· Fluent in – Mandarin and English (oral & written)
· Swedish, German and/or Italian is a plus
