Marketing Specialist

Job description
As a marketing specialist, your role is operational and strategic. It is focused on initiating, leading, executing and following up on marketing projects. You communicate proactively and reactively and by doing so, contribute to driving brand awareness, attraction, and loyalty. You will collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders to improve or develop new communication formats to improve and increase engagement. You will be:
Driving sales and marketing initiatives among dealers worldwide
Managing and maintaining the dealer corporate identity package
Planning and maintaining the world tour schedule of our latest models
The strategic selection and maintaining of vendor relationships for marketing initiatives
Dealing with intellectual property rights to ensure we have a smooth and optimized process in the ongoing dialogue marketing and communication asset development
Initiate and partake in process optimization and team building
Work closely with internal creatives to ensure the Koenigsegg brand and identity are upheld to the highest standards
Desired Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role, you like working in a flat hierarchy with a collaborative culture. Your ability to have initiative, work effectively across a variety of responsibilities and play a role amidst a strong team spirit will be key. On top of that, we envision that you would have:
A bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related field or equivalent working experience
Minimum 3-5 years of related marketing field experience alongside general knowledge of retail business and sales
Proactive, self-driving with strong leadership potential
Highly organized with an attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Unafraid of conflict with the ability to assert oneself with tact
Ability to build a positive relationship with a cross-functional and external partner by creating a collaborative environment
Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills in English
Microsoft office
A genuine passion for and is knowledgeable about cars
