We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Stockholm. You will plan, develop, and execute marketing activities and support sales with the purpose to drive commercial success and create demand for Stora Enso’s renewable offering. Your location will be in Stockholm, Sickla and you will work in Biomaterials Division. You will report to Innovations Insights and Marketing Director.
The Division’s Innovation has a key role in developing new applications and solutions, addressing well-identified customer needs. The Innovation Centre in Stockholm hosts versatile talents in research, business development and marketing, working together to reach our ambitious goals.

As a Marketing Specialist your main task will be to enable successful execution on new business/brand launches and business growth in Stora Enso Biomaterials through insights driven, customer centric approaches from front end of innovation to market launch. You will also develop marketing capability within the existing teams and support development of start-ups into scale-ups, into stand-alone businesses.
You will also:
· Support the development of marketing roadmaps and prioritising marketing activities
· Develop product messaging that differentiate our products and services from competition, based on Stora Enso brand story, brand strategy and guidelines
· Product marketing tactics (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns)
· Optimize content & reach based of web management tools
· Create inspiring marketing and sales activation content such as events, webinars, videos, social media
· Develop and manage content across multiple channels
· Follow and analyze market trends to position products

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you have a relevant commercial or technical university education, i.e., academic degree in Marketing or the equivalent in working experience. A minimum 6-8 years of experience (B2B is a benefit) in the field of marketing in branded businesses. Hands on experience of working with product marketing and sales activation, especially B2B marketing. Digital marketing skills to optimize our digital transformation and develop solutions to meet new digital behaviors and needs. Ability to drive technically complex content into emotionally consumer-relevant storytelling.
A demonstrated track record in turning novel product concepts into strong brand concepts and launching new brands successfully. You also have a track record in driving segmentation, customer-based brand equity, and architecture development for leading strong brands. You understand insights development, as well as extensive experience in value proposition development, insights driven innovation processes and customer value development for total customer experience. Ability to work with diverse organizations and people and a strong capability in influencing through effective communication. Also, the ability to work successfully in a matrix organization. You need to have excellent Business English. This position might require some traveling time to time.

The Biomaterials division meets the growing demand for the replacement of products made from fossil-based and hazardous materials with bio-based solutions. We use all fractions of biomass, like lignin and sugars, to develop new solutions. We work to replace fossil-based materials with new applications such as carbon for energy storage, bio-based binders, and bio-based carbon fiber. The division's offering includes a wide variety of pulp grades to meet the demands of paper, board, tissue, textile and hygiene product producers as well as materials from side streams of our processes, such as tall oil and turpentine from biomass.
