Do you have a passion for marketing and a few years of marketing experience? Your main objective will be to grow our brand awareness and drive traffic to our customer touchpoints, specifically the web and inbound sales. You will produce and distribute content across multiple channels (blog, social media, website, emails, video, print etc.) and support and drive marketing activities on the Nordic market.
With offices all over the world, you will be part of the Nordic Marketing team and based in Stockholm. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing, but this role also involves close relationships with the global marketing team and important stakeholders such as product owners and sales managers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Develop, manage and execute on the content marketing activity plan to support campaign initiatives and other content activities.
Plan, write, edit, and measure the effectiveness of content across various channels and platforms (blog posts, articles, e-books, whitepapers, reports, infographics, printed collateral, website, marketing automation streams, etc.)
Track and analyze content initiatives across channels and activities, and report on results.
Keep track of trends within the digital marketing space, and stay up-to-date with potential new strategies, tools, and channels within content marketing development and management.
Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns in the Nordic market to increase brand awareness, and to support and drive sales.
Prepare, manage and execute merchant communications for product launches using 360-degree communications.
Initiate and come up with new ideas to help us reach the Nordic sales and marketing targets.
Community Management and Social Media management.
Create, translate and adapt content material in close relationship to our local Marketing Coordinators and Designer.
Evaluate and analyze marketing activities based on KPIs and report results and ROI.

Skills we can't do without
Higher or commercial education in the field of communication with focus on marketing/communication.
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of communication (B2B advantageous) required, ideally in international companies (financial services advantageous).
Organized and creative with a solid understanding of content and digital marketing.
Excellent copy writing and editing skills are key.
Sharp eye for grammar and spelling as well as attention to details.
Excellent knowledge of SEO and content optimization, including best practices for title settings, meta descriptions, keyword placement, and heading tags.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken is a must.
Strong customer-orientation skills by continuously developing marketing best practices and creating target-group oriented content.
Experience of some sort of Content Management system such as Wordpress, AEM, Episerver or likewise.
Experience of some sort of Email marketing / Marketing Automation tool such as Marketo, or likewise.
General understanding of digital reporting / analytics tools such as Google Analytics or likewise to measure campaign performance.
Skills we'd like
Experience of Google Ads manager and some sort of Social Media ads management tools.
