As a marketing specialist within our business line Applications, you will work with unique products in a developing and stimulative environment. This role is a part of the central commercial excellence initiatives in Sweden and Finland. 
Working closely with our international customers, NKT develop, manufacture and install efficient and technologically advanced low, medium and high-voltage cables and cable accessories, playing a significant role in the green transformation.  
Can you improve NKT’s presence and visibility in Sweden and Finland?
In this role, you are an important part of working with the overall marketing strategy to support our sales targets. You will drive initiatives to all relevant customers and end-users touch points, both physical, on-line and on social media. 
Information, involvement and collaboration with local stakeholders - especially the sales and product management organization – will be a key part of this role and you will have a strong focus on new product development

Some of your tasks will be: 
* Adaptation, implementation and monitoring of central initiatives according to market specific needs
* Loop back learning’s from the execution creating synergy effects for entire marketing organization
* Leverage intellectual capital, follow industry trends, provide competitive intelligence and raise awareness internally
* Steering of external providers (such as marketing agencies)
* Support NKTs global marketing projects and activities as needed


The location of this role is flexible between our Swedish sites in Karlskrona, Västerås, Alingsås and Falun  but preferred location is Falun due to having closeness to the rest of the team within the business line.

Strong team player with digital marketing competence
The person we are looking for is a self-driven, hands-on, convincing and experienced marketing specialist with strong skills within digital marketing. To succeed in this role you possess an commercial understanding of complex products intended for professional use as well as dealing with different customers and product mix. 
You have a strong understanding of the market and different target groups and how to target as well as communicate with the different groups through different media channels. 

Your requirements: 

* Relevant education on university level, or experience equal.
* At least 2 years of professional work in marketing department of electrical wholesaler or in multinational industrial companies
* Experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns
* Fluent in English and Swedish, preferably also in Finish
