THIS IS THE JOB

Our ultimate company goal is to help our clients to become data driven. The marketing team’s main tasks on that journey are Branding, Employer Branding and Sales support. For this role we are looking for someone to drive the Employer Branding part, including Internal Branding towards existing employees. As this role is new at Stratiteq it will involve strategic elements, however the main part is operational. You will have support from your co-workers at the Marketing- and People & Culture departments along the way but the idea is for you to own this area and to create the tasks you see best fit for our long-term plan.

As a part of our Marketing team, your focus will be on leading the recruitment journey from a marketing perspective. The journey is similar to the customer journey involving Awareness, Consideration, Decision. Social Media plays an important role in this, where we want to portray our colleagues and their craftmanship through the exhibiting of all the cool projects that we do for our clients. We also see that you pave the way for our consultants to rock the (International) stages to spread the gospel of data, from technology to strategy.

The position also involves planning and executing small- to big events. Always keeping the importance of details and experiences in mind, to provide an innovative and premium sensation. It could be anything from smaller theme-dinners to big Hackathons and recruiting events. In this role you are truly sitting amidst the Marketing- and the People & Culture teams as the majority part of the role will be focused on different activities and events related to Employer Branding. Apart from the work with Employer Branding you will at times support your marketing colleagues in leading projects related to client-oriented marketing. This might include everything from blogposts, customer cases and events.

The tasks at hand can range from:

- Being up to date and monitoring the recruitment-market to benchmark and identifying new possibilities
- Creating awareness about our brand via Social Media, tech forums, finding stage time for our developers and more
- Planning, executing, and following up on events, fairs, hackathons and more
- Produce copy, images and videos for Social Media and internal channels such as Yammer
- Advertising on social media, via for instance LinkedIn Business Manager, and following up/analysing the result
- Initiate fun activities for current employees to enhance our culture from within

We strongly believe that with passion for your craft, you can learn the skills. However, if you can add one or more of the skills below, things are looking even better:

- An education within Marketing or similar field.

- Experience in creating Employer Branding content in different social medias.

- Experience from digital advertising in social media

- Fluent in English and Swedish both spoken and written.
