We are looking for a Marketing Automation System Specialist who understands how to harness marketing automation in HubSpot. The assignment will start in beginning of October, there is a great chance that you will be employed by the company after the first six month.
During the assignment you will be employed by Jefferson Wells.
What you will do
Deliver world-class customer experience to clients of one of the largest players within the Nordic energy industry. You will have the fantastic opportunity to make use of all your skills, improving truly global HubSpot portals with advanced integrations. HubSpot is used for all the company's Marketing Automation, which is why you need to be super familiar with HubSpot as you will also be super admin for HubSpot within the organization.
Example of responsibilities
* Main point of contact for HubSpot-related needs internally
* Support marketing automation manager and marketing teams in achieving their goals
* Advising our HubSpot users on the optimal use of HubSpot and work efficiently with the platform
* Knowing goals, potential, and challenges of the marketing teams and supporting them in optimizing their marketing processes
* Analyzes existing HubSpot communications and assist marketing to optimize processes
* Identifying cross-functional opportunities and how to use HubSpot
* Translating how new requirements could be handled with HubSpot
* Conducting internal workshops and training
About you
* Advanced knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Service Hub
* Experience in working with both B2C and Enterprise accounts and Business Units
* Knowledge of custom integrations
* Experience in developing HubSpot accounts to support marketing goals
* You are business savvy and can act cross-functionally within Fortum Consumer
* Solutions to deliver and scale best practices through collaboration and insights
* Plus if you have experience in a matrix organization.
* Fluent English
