Our client is a multinational biopharmaceutical company with approximately 2,500 employees worldwide. They offer advice and medicines to patients in more than 50 countries and are particularly focused on medicines for people with rare diseases.
They are now looking for a Marketing Team Assistant that can provide broad administrative and operational support, including general administration, contracts administration, systems management, and ad-hoc project management for the North Cluster marketing team.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will have broad areas of responsibility, and therefore various working duties. You will work with preparation of Purchase Orders in SAP, contracts, orders and organizing payments of invoices. You will support the MLR approval of materials, congresses management and the management of different marketing projects.
You will also:
• Plan, arrange and coordinate meetings including logistics, catering and equipment needs as required
• Marketing budget tracker management
• Support digital initiatives and operations (e.g. creation of email templates, etc.)
• Actively participate and foster an environment of cross-functional collaboration and practice sharing across all indications
• Working closely with the Assistants in the North Cluster
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Excellent administrative skills including throughout knowledge of standard office procedure and protocols
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English
• Marketing team support experience is preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
