The MarTech Team is a talented team who will bring our future leading-edge marketing and advertising technology and data platform infrastructure to life by always putting the consumer and their decision journey at the centre. 
Let us describe the challenge we offer
As part of the MarTech Team, you will be responsible for the overall design, strategy, and selection of our marketing platforms used globally. This includes customer touchpoints within owned media and platforms. The strategic goal for this role is to ensure that regions and markets are fully enabled with a complete and integrated set of best practice for marketing platforms, so they can maximize the effectiveness and efficiency within the full marketing technology stack.
What you will do
In this role you will define and drive the vision for the suite of products, systems and services that will comprise our Marketing Technology Stack across channels and regions. You will enable the use of key marketing systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Marketing Platform) across the organization. Further you will align with the Regions to steer business requirements for the Marketing Technology platforms, driving adoption and deployment of these platforms across the organisation. Key responsibilities will be to implement and optimise the strategy and roadmap for the full omni channel marketing and technology platform stack including platform integration.
Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key
We are looking for a team player with more than five years of experience with marketing technology platforms and who has extensive experience with CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a preference). Your proven track record of successfully improving existing, as well as implementing new, technologies within a global set-up will be highly appreciated. Altogether, we are looking for someone who will bring expertise with building high scale data intensive marketing platforms, to improve and optimize our capabilities, models and approaches to messaging users.
Qualifications

·    5+ years of marketing technology experience in an operations- or digital marketing role with experience in CRM and loyalty (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
·    Experience assessing the current state of technology and building roadmaps to guide future acquisition or development, as well as implementation
·    Understanding of data modelling and data normalization techniques
·    Deep understanding of marketing technologies and Web, advertising and e-commerce systems
·    Excellent communication skills and have a high understanding of analytical tools
·    International working experience from US, Asia or large European markets

You will report to Head of MarTech and the position is primarily based in Gothenburg, Sweden, but could be up for discussion.
