We are now looking for a Business Expert with e-commerce and/or marketplace expertise to join External & New Sales Channels Product Area within our new Business Tech organisation.
About the role
In the External & New Sales Channels Product Area you will be part of the Direct Sales Product team. We are responsible for providing our marketplace partners with a seamless onboarding experience and our customers with access to H&M Group fashion . Our current marketplace partners reside in Asia and Europe. We have an end-to-end responsibility for the H&M - marketplace solutions which means we have an intense collaboration with several product teams within other Business Tech product areas such as assortment, fulfilment, order management, accounting and BI. We are also responsible for acting single point of contact to our marketplace partners around solution creation, development roadmap and backlogs.
As Business Expert within External & New Sales Channels you will contribute by sharing your e-commerce and/or marketplace business expertise within your product team, as well as with stakeholders in other Business Tech products and H&M functions, such as accounting, sales, logistics and warehouses, BI etc. You will work closely together with different stakeholders and the marketplace partners.
You will support with identifying improved and/or new product features based on business opportunities and needs by assessing feasibility and requirements. Some of your daily work includes:
Being a member of a multi-competent team. Constantly and iteratively improving the team’s delivery as well as identifying new opportunities, in order to increase value delivered.
Define the strategic vision and create the product roadmap based on deep understanding of the business processes and the potentials for the future.
Collaborating daily with software engineers, data analysts, users and stakeholders
Nurture a tight collaboration with stakeholders in many parts of the organisation to make sure that process and tech works hand in hand.
Secure progress, explain, anchor and secure the content in the process and the solution. All with the aim to maximize business impact, benefit and effects.
Identify new product features based on business opportunities and needs by assessing feasibility and requirements
Test the efficiency of new product releases and features
Support in the definition of acceptance criteria & perform UAT
Continue quality improvement culture established in the team

Furthermore, we believe that you have the following:
Degree within Business and / or Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience from e-commerce and / or marketplace business and great understanding of its business processes (i.e. customer order management, merchandising, logistics and warehouse, accounting, BI etc)
Interest in technology / digital development supporting all processes for e-commerce and / or marketplace business (i.e. order management, merchandising, logistics and warehouse, accounting, BI etc)
Have excellent experience in stakeholder management
Act as a leader and probably have leadership experience
Have great experience in requirement management
Strategic, analytical and fast in understanding and execution
Strong communication & presentation skills
Fluent in English, oral and written
