About the role
The Marketplace Manager are fully responsible for developing the sales and profitability at selected Marketplaces, for example Zalando. Based on our commercial plan, you identify growth opportunities by monitoring the offer's width, price, margin, SEO / SEM, campaigns, returns and customer support. You work cross-functionally with many internal stakeholders and are responsible for building good relationships with our Marketplace partners.
As Marketplace Manager, you will;
- Make strategic decisions about product range width and price based on analysis of sales, forecasts and inventory
- Operationally maximize sales and profitability through analysis of traffic and conversion
- Daily cross-functional communication with all internal stakeholders, ensure that plans and deadlines are met to achieve commercial goals
- Close collaboration with our Marketplace partners to develop cooperation, sales and profitability
- Ensure launch, operation and integration solutions of our systems for new Marketplaces
- Review agreements & act as claimants against internal and external partners
About you
You are resultdriven and enjoy driving change in fast-growing companies. You have a strong drive and are used to working independently and structured. You make smart business decisions based on analysis and data, and you create commitment and trust through good communication.
Background
- Strategic and operational experience of sales on international Marketplaces
- Good experience of working cross-functionally and building good long-term business relationships
- Good experience of leading processes in sales, marketing, product range, offering and product brand presentation
- Used to identify business opportunities by analyzing data
- University degree in E-commerce / Economics
- At least 3 years' work experience in E-commerce / Online B2C Sales, Marketplaces or Digital resellers
- Experience of Zalando and Zalando Partner programs is a great advantage.
- Good knowledge of business development
- Good analytical ability & high technical competence
- Very good skills in English both in speech & writing

Placement & start
Cellbes head office is located in Borås, with smaller offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. There is the possibility of a hybrid work model (a combination of office and remote). Start will be according to agreement.
