We are now looking for a Marketplace Specialist to join Thule’s Global Online team at the head office in Malmö, Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of a growth journey in a fast-paced and dynamic environment!
About the role
We are seeking an individual with an understanding of catalogue management and experience from working with online platforms. You will be responsible for managing our company's online marketplace presence, ensuring that all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum visibility. In this role, you will be working with the online marketplaces where Thule is present. You will ensure that our product catalogue is up-to-date, and that Thule is compliant on the different platforms. Some of the expected tasks will be product registration, update content, process optimization, product availability and forecasting in close collaboration with KAM and customer service and be a project team member in the launch of new marketplaces.
You will be working both in a project setup as well as developing and optimizing current day-to-day tasks in close cooperation with the Online team.
Your profile
To be successful as a Marketplace Specialist, we believe you have a bachelor's degree in computer science, E-commerce or equivalent. We believe you are an organized and ambitious team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage Thule’s product catalogue on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Decathlon, Zalando.
Create, manage, and optimize product listings for all marketplaces.
Participate in projects to roll out Thule on new online marketplaces.
Stay up to date on the technical development and requirements in the respective marketplace.
Monitor, follow-up on errors, troubleshoot and work on issue resolving on the day-to-day business.
Desired skills and experience
A degree in computer sciences, E-commerce, or other relevant fields.
2-3 years’ experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or equivalent.
Knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Curious and ambitious with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
A passion for learning and staying up to date on the latest trends in the industry.
Attention to details and able to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
Experience with product listings, data feeds, email marketing, search engine marketing, and Google Analytics is strongly preferred.
Previous experience from working with Productsup, Tradebyte, Amazon, Decathlon, Zalando is beneficial, but not considered necessary as we value curiosity and good technical knowledge higher.
