The e-commerce landscape today demands that the consumer should be the focal point of everything. With consumers in the driver's seat, it is incumbent on the marketer to provide them with information they need, where they're looking for it and when they want it. Simultaneously, marketers need to provide this in a seamless manner that reinforces the brand's value proposition across marketplaces.
Electrolux European Central Marketing team is seeking for a passionate Marketplaces (Amazon) Marketing Manager to join this transformation journey to be a part of the growth stage of an in-house specialized marketing unit. YOU will be responsible for important operational projects around increased traffic and conversion optimization in the Amazon channel and growing into multiple other marketplace channels. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our Marketplace programs as well as working within a fast-paced and intrapreneurial environment. You will need to be both strategic and operational as this is a hands-on role ensuring we build a best-in-class Amazon and further marketplaces brand experience.

You will have a great visibility in the organization, bringing insights and activating learning to the larger internal audiences while transforming them into new solutions or approaches.
This is a full-time permanent role based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm city where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof.
Key tasks:
• Optimize the product and our overall brand experience on e-commerce marketplace channels such as Amazon
• Conduct keyword research, analysis and keyword expansion (copy + backend) for clusters in Europe
• Research, analyze and optimize CQA & Reviews on marketplaces
• Ongoing A/B testing and daily monitoring of Product performance within key marketing areas
• Work with the PIM owners to enable the Amazon product information is rightly maintained for the channel
• Responsible for maintaining and creating new product listings by coordinating with other team members to obtain optimal copywriting, graphic designs and product images
• Brand store CRO, SEO and design recommendation
• Perform competitive analysis and determine how to target our biggest competitors across marketplaces
• Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales.
• Leverage Amazon Retail Analytics to derive key business insights and improve operations
• Ensure specific marketplace merchandising and promotion specifications are factored in to tool and asset development plans and devise plans to ensure outstanding shopping experiences
• Ongoing landscape analysis through tools such as SimiliarWeb Pro etc
• Create PPC campaigns, analyzine campaign performance, ROAs, ACoS, daily ad spend, etc and action to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales

Value-adding experience. Bonus points if you’ve ever used Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central, PPC, Power BI, etc..
Minimum requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing, Management or Web
• Bi-lingual - Fluent in both English and Swedish
• Min 3-4 years’ experience with e-commerce/ online performance marketing
• We are not looking for perfection but ideally you also come with
- Vendor Central / Seller Central experience
- Experience from Amazon Keyword and listing optimization tools
- PPC – Amazon and or Google
- SEO - Content and keyword research and optimization
- Analytics - Tools, analysis and building reports
- Content and Design - CMS and process to develop and deploy content and online experience
