Global Marketing Manager

Key Job Functions:

.Set the strategic direction of the business segment by delivering an annual Marketing Plan with clear deliverables
.Manage market segmentation, initiate segmentation projects to deliver data to support business initiatives
.Initiate market surveys to support the understanding of customer needs and market direction
.Identify and define new market opportunities for existing product lines
.Define and recommend tactical roll-out of new products with Product Managers and Regional Market Managers

Qualification:

.Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related area, MBA preferred
.Experience in marketing using established market analysis tools is required
.Able to work well in teams as well as individually without supervision
.Strong customer focus and driven to deliver results
.Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills
