Master Data Architect

Our Northvolt Master Data Architect will manage demand for data. This role is critical to business operations, business analytics, and application development. The Master Data Architect is responsible for defining the data architecture framework, standards and principles, i.e., which parts of the organization generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed, and how data changes in transition.


Skills & Requirements
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for data quality diagnostics and predictive analytics efforts.
Defines the Master Data architecture enterprise wide, establishing the end-to-end vision for multi domain data management and overall compliance to the defined architecture across the complete data life cycle.
Defines, implements and maintains policies and procedures for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of systems and data.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and specifying the policies and business rules for how master data is created and maintained.

Qualifications/education/experience
Academic degree in IT, Master of Science in Engineering, Master of Business Administration or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in data management and architecture
Experience of driving digitization and business development as a data management strategist, MDM specialist, information manager or similar
Experience of working with business intelligence/data visualization tools
