In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Defining and implementing operating model and target state for federated master and reference data management in Swedbank Group.
- Establish and follow up on master and reference data governance patterns, in collaboration with owners of master/reference data domains.
- Defining master data solutions, identify gaps, create roadmap, and deliver according to roadmap.
- Drive ongoing master data topics.
- Identifying future master data domains that could be onboarded to our platform.


What is needed in this role:

- Proven record of delivering master data solutions.
- Strong drive and strong stakeholder management.
- Change management skills.
- Attention to details and an ability to understand detailed information requirements.
- Interest and knowledge in banking products and services.
